*Order Types
Limit Order (LO):
  • Orders to be matched at a pre-specified price or better price.
  • Limit orders receive the lowest priority compared to other orders.
  • Limit orders can be entered into the system at anytime. The orders remain effective until the end of the trading day or until canceled in the system.
At the Opening Order (ATO)
  • Orders to be matches at the opening price. ATO orders are only placed during the opening periodic order matching to fix opening price.
  • ATO orders receive higher priority than limit orders.
  • Partially filled or unmatched ATO orders will be automatically canceled at the end of the opening session.
 
At the Closing Order (ATC)
  • Orders to be matched at the closing price. ATC orders are only placed during the closing periodic order-matching to fix closing price.
  • ATC orders receive higher priority than limit orders.
  • Partially filled or unmatched ATC orders will be automatically canceled at the end of the closing session.
 
Market Order (MP)
  • Is buy/sell order to be executed at lowest offer price/ highest bid price
  • Once inputting into the trading system, the MP sell order will be immediately executed at the lowest offer price and the MP buy order will be immediately executed at the highest bid price. In case the MP order is not fully matched, the MP order will be considered as buy order at a higher price or sell order at lower price and continue to match.
  • If the MP order is executed partially, the remaining volume of the MP buy order and the MP sell order will be changed to next higher price unit and next lower price unit respectively compared to the last executed price.
  • If the last executed price is limit up price/limit down price, the MP order will be changed to limit order at limit up price/ limit down price
  • The MP order is valid in continuous order-matching session only.
  • The MP order will be automatically cancelled if there is no corresponding limit order at the time the MP order is input into the trading system
  • The MP orders of foreign investors will be automatically cancelled if the Foreign Owner ship Limited (FOL) of the certain stock is no longer available.
  • Market to Limit (MTL) is similar to MP in HSX
  • Fill or Kill (MOK) order must be filled in its entirely or canceled
  • Fill and Kill (MAK) order can be filled partially and canceled the remaining volume
Post Close Order (PLO)
According to Decision No. 653/QD-SGDHN regarding issuance of Regulation on trading of listed securities of HNX will be effective from November 5, 2018:
  • Post Close Order (PLO) is buy/ sell order to be executed at the closing price after periodic order matching session.
  • PLO will be put into the system only on After-hours trading session.
  • PLO will be matched immediately if there is counter-part order on the market.
  • In cases after continuous order matching and closing periodic order matching session can’t determine the closing price, PLO will not be entered into the system.
  • At the end of the After-hours trading session, unmatched PLO or the rest of the orders that are not executed will be automatically canceled.

2. Cash remittance instruction

Withdrawal from securities accounts in KBSV

Clients can withdraw money directly to the trading desk at KBSV, or telephone transactions, or transactions online (internet)

2.1 Withdrawals at KBSV’ counters

Clients need to bring their ID cards or passports to KBSV to request withdrawals.

2.2 Transfer by phones through KB-Call system

To use the service, clients need to sign up for service for transaction over the phone, if not yet registered, please contact our professionals for guidance.

When using the service, clients do the following:

Step 1: Clients call the switchboard at (84-24) 7303 5333.

Step 2: Meet receptionists, read the account number and password for authentication

Step 3: Clients request the receptionists to make account transfers with information including the bank to be received, the amount to be transferred, and the content of transfer registered.

2.3 Online transfer KB-trade

To use the service, clients need to register for online trading services, if not yet registered, please contact our professional for guidance.

When using the service, clients do the following:

Entering money order

Step 1: Clients log on to KB-trade to conduct transactions
Step 2: Clients select “Cash payment” in the account

• Clients choose the bank account beneficiary and enter all the information for the request of transfer.

• Select the amount to be transferred

• Complete all information in the notes (interpretation)

• Enter the PIN code of clients and click: "Send a request to transfer money."

After clients send the transfer request, the system will check the balance and the customer's PIN. If valid, money transfer orders will be done within 5 minutes. 

Cancellation of money transfer order

Money transfer orders of clients can only be canceled when the order’ status is processing/unrealized.

Customers can track a Status of the transfer request in the History of money transfer and cancel the command by selecting the Cancel button in the status line.

  • KBSV specified that each account may transfer a maximum of VND 5 billion/day.

 

 


Margin loan instruction
I.  General introduction
- Margin loan is a transaction that the customer may use part of the loan collateral to the transaction KBSV.
- To carry out margin trading at KBSV , customers need to sign the contract and open a margin account .
- Customers can purchase securities collateral and the rate on the list have been notified KBSV
II.  Margin loan trading guide 
Step 1: Customers wishing to open a margin account, bring ID to KBSV to perform a contract to open an account and deposit transactions
Step 2: Customers can trade Buy / Sell securities on deposit accounts in the for KB as normal account transactions include :
1. Transactions at the counter: Customers slips securities purchase order on the escrow account
2. Transaction by telephone :
To use the service you must subscribe to the service by phone transactions , if not registered please contact provision for guidance .
When using the services you perform as follows :
-  Step 1: You call on the switchboard number (+84) 24 7303 5333(+84) 28 7303 5333 press 2.
-  Step 2: See your transactions, read the account number and password authentication
Customers specify the teller Order on margin trading account .
3. Online Trading
Customers log into online trading program (KB-Trade, KB- Pro)
Customers click on the sub-account iteKB , choose MA -tailed sub-account for trading on margin profile
 3.1 . Placing trading orders
Customers based on " purchasing power " or stocks in primary deposits to Order Buy / Sell stocks  
Purchasing power will vary with in the stock room. RTT reflects the percentage of accounts safe and independent purchasing power.

- Monitor when ordering stock  
3.2 . Margin Account balance inquiry
Customers can look up the status of sub-account balances of deposit transactions in Menu Facts on the main screen 
To look up the details of each loan , the Customer will perform a lookup in the Menu "Cash statements/ loan "
Step 3: Additional assets as security (margin call)
When the margin ratio on account of clients (RTT) falls below a safe deposit ratio, customers have additional security assets in cash or securities to reach a safe deposit ratio. Need to pay additional amounts will be displayed on each loan

-  Limit margin, margin lending ratio may be KBSV change from time to time.

To enhance customers’ information security and leverage the provided data of customers, KBSV has designed and invested to PABX recording system (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) named KB-Call for quickly and conveniently transactions and completely free.

If you want to use KB-Call, Please contact our Information Desk to register. You can refer to instructions below to use our services:
6.1 Stock purchase transaction 
6.1.1 KB-Call Registration
Please fill out your personal information on Securities Trading Services Registration Form (KB-Call Trading part).
KB-Call password will have 4-5 numerical characters. Customers can choose a password when registering service and change later via KB-Trade or contact our Operating Department.
Customers’ information will automatically be activated in the system immediately after registering.
6.1.2 Place orders via KB-Call Guide
-  Customers call to switchboard KB-Call: (84.24) 7303 5333;
- KB-Call staff will ask the customer for full name, ID number, trading account number, trading password. Transactions are executed after the Customer has provided complete and accurate information;
-  For orders BUY / SELL, please provide order type BUY / SELL, Ticker, Number of securities and trading price to place. Tellers will check your cash balance (BUY order) or stock (SELL orders) and confirm the validity of the orders, then placing it into the system;
-  For CANCEL orders and RESET orders (if any), in order to avoid wasting time and ensure the beneficiary of other clients, CANCEL and RESET orders (if any) will be noted without ensuring the successful implementation of the order until it has checked the initial order results. Due impartiality of continuous trading session, please note that if your orders have matched, the CANCEL or RESET orders will no longer be valid.
6.1.3 After placing order
- When you sign up to use the service KB-CALL, customers implicitly authorize KBSV confirmed on the order sheets by phone;
- All orders via telephone are recorded, stored and valuable as order sheets.
- After 03 days after ordering, if you don’t have any question or feedback, telephone order sheets will be automatically recorded
6.1.4 Trade confirmation
When your orders are matched, you will be notified the transaction result via text message to your registered phone number, or you can track trading results through our online trading system KB-Trade.
 
6.2 Service facility via call guide

The utility services are done via telephone, including:

6.2.3 Execute procedure
Step 1: The customer calls to the switchboard KB-Call: (84-24) 7303 5333
Step 2: After receiving customer's phone, Operation staff will ask the customer to provide the full name, ID number, transaction account number, transaction password to verify your account.
Step 3: Please notify to Operation Staff your registered utilities.
Step 4: Depending on utility service type, our staff will check the required relevant information.
Step 5: Transactions will be executed after customer has provided complete and accurate information as requested and have guaranteed balance (securities and cash balance).
Step 6: All transactions via telephone will be recorded and stored at KB Sercurities Viet Nam (KBSV).
