I. LOCATION, ELIGIBILITY, APPLICATION PERIOD
1. Program Name: MASTER YOUR MARKET 2025
2. Applicable Location: Nationwide
3. Application Period: From November 24, 2025, until the end of January 30, 2026
4. Eligibility:
- Eligible Customers of the Program (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") are individual customers who fully satisfy the following conditions:

Successfully opened a securities account (SA) and a margin trading account (MA sub-account) at KB Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (KBSV). Customers without an SA can open an online account Here.

Fully and accurately perform the procedures and steps for registration, participation, prize receipt, and other conditions of the Program.

Excluding: Institutional Customers, and KBSV Employees
- Program participants include two groups:
-
Existing Customers: are eligible customers whose securities account opening date at KBSV is before November 01, 2025.
-
New Customers: are customers whose securities account opening date at KBSV is from November 01, 2025, onwards.
5. Registration Method:
- For the Welcome Category: Customers do not need to register to participate in the Program. Customers who fully meet the award consideration conditions of the prize category will be recognized as participating customers.
- For the Leading Category & Breakthrough Category: Customers register for the participating category through KBSV's securities trading platforms, including:

Online stock trading application (Android, iOS operating systems) KB Buddy
- Customers perform the following registration steps:

Step 01: Log in to the SA on the KB Buddy app or the KB Buddy WTS webtrade platform.

Step 02: Access the Products section on the Utility tab.

Step 03: Select registration for the Leading and Breakthrough categories to participate.
❗ Note:
- For the Monthly Prize – Leading Category:

Customers must register to participate during the specified registration period.

Outside this period, the system will not record registration or trading results from the customer.
- For the Weekly Prize – Leading Category and Breakthrough Category:

Customers can register to participate at any time throughout the duration of the program.
- Customers may register to participate in multiple categories, depending on the conditions and eligibility criteria of each category.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Valid Trading Conditions: Applied simultaneously to all Categories
-
Trading Sub-account: Customers trade on the single MA sub-account. Trading data recorded for award consideration is calculated on the customer's MA sub-account.

Trading Products: Listed stocks (excluding other trading products: Bonds, ETFs, Warrants, Derivatives).
-
Trading Channels: Includes trading channels at KBSV: KB Buddy, KB Buddy WTS, brokerage, at the counter, or by phone.
-
Order Matching Type: Only exchange-matched orders are counted (excluding negotiated/put-through orders).
2. General Conditions:
-
Customers participating in the program automatically agree to the contents set forth in these program Regulations and/or other regulations arising during the participation process announced by the Organizing Committee.
-
Each customer is only eligible to receive one prize of the highest value within each evaluation week.
-
Customers can still simultaneously receive Monthly and Weekly prizes if they fully meet the award consideration conditions of each category.
-
KBSV will only pay the prize money when the Customer's SA is in an active status at the time of payment.
-
The prize money is valid until August 31, 2026. After this period, KBSV will reclaim any remaining unused amount.
-
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change, supplement, or amend a part or the whole content of these regulations throughout the program duration without prior notice, provided that such amendments or supplements do not negatively affect the participants' rights and the amended/supplemented content has been reported to the regulatory authority.
-
Customers declare information when participating in the program, and this information is recorded by the Organizing Committee for use in work related to the program content.
-
The Organizing Committee is permitted to use the names and images of participating Customers for program promotion purposes.
-
Winning customers must pay non-regular income tax (if any) according to current legal regulations. KBSV will deduct the non-regular income tax (if any) according to the law on the value of the prize won by the customer and submit it on behalf of the Customer as regulated.
-
In case a dispute related to the program arises, the Organizing Committee is responsible for resolving it through discussions and reconciliation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to current legal regulations.

The Organizing Committee has the right to limit or stop participation rights, and cancel all results of the Customer if it determines that the Customer has violated the program regulations, system usage regulations, or shows signs of exploiting the program.

In case of a dispute or complaint, the Organizing Committee's decision will be final.
3. Disclaimer Clause:
- Customers acknowledge and agree that KBSV is exempt from all related liability towards customers and/or relevant parties in the following cases:
-
The customer is unable to participate in the competition at any stage for reasons not due to a fault in KBSV's securities trading system.
-
The customer accidentally or intentionally discloses their account information to others, and the account is compromised or stolen. In this case, the Customer is responsible for all damages.
-
The arising of complaints, lawsuits, or disputes due to the Customer's violation, including but not limited to violation of tax obligations, or violation of the Program Regulations.
-
In all cases, KBSV will not be responsible and is exempt from liability if the Customer fails to comply with the regulations under the Program Regulations, issues of security breaches, and providing false information about the Program, which affects the brand and image of KBSV or its partners.
