eKYC is an online customer identification, applying AI technology to help identify and compare characters, images, faces on identification documents, video calls, ensures the accuracy without direct interaction

2. Is there any fees to open an eKYC account at KBSV?

Opening an eKYC account is free. After only 3 minutes of registration (100% online, no need to go directly to KBSV’s transaction’s offices), Customer will have an account and can trade immediately.

3. What must I do to open an eKYC account at KBSV?

Please visit the eKYC account opening page at KBSV's online channels, click Open eKYC account or visit the registration link: https://kbopen.kbsec.com.vn/ and follow the detailed instructions here.

4. I successfully opened an account on August 4, 2021, when will I receive VND 100,000?

The amount of VND 100,000 will be transferred to the Client's account by KBSV within the first 10 working days of October 2021 when the following conditions are met:
- Submit documents at KBSV's transaction’s offices no later than September 30, 2021 (for mail according to the date of postmark)
- Reach a transaction value of VND 100 million/account within the next 01 month: specifically from August 4, 2021 to the end of September 30, 2021.
