KBSV meeting FMU students
On the morning of April 7th, 2019, KB Securities Vietnam Company (KBSV) cooperated with Tai Viet Joint Stock Company (Vietstock) to organize a seminar "Guidance on analyzing corporate financial statements” for students Finance – Marketing University (Ho Chi Minh City). Attending the seminar was teachers and more than 1000 students of FMU.
The seminar was organized to provide students with methods and techniques to analyze the financial statements of enterprises. At the Seminar, analysts from KBSV and Vietstock introduced Vietnamese stock market, directly instructed to read financial statements and to detect frauds tricks. This is a practical and useful extracurricular activity, where students can directly discuss with experienced experts in the market to equip more practical lessons and support effectively for knowledge learned at school. The students also expressed their enthusiasm as they constantly have Q&A with experts about recently stock market status.
Also at the seminar, representative from KBSV Customer Care Center and Ho Chi Minh branch introduced KBSV as well as outstanding and attractive products and services such as Stock Saving with KBSV, Easy investment with KBSV - a special product for students, ... Besides, students also had chance to listen about work and requirements for work in the securities industry as well as access career opportunities at KBSV.
At the end of the seminar, teachers and students of FMU expressed their satisfaction and thanks to KBSV and Vietstock for bringing useful information to students. In order to support expertise for the future generation of Vietnam's financial and securities industry, KBSV will continue to hold more seminars to meet and provide information to university students in the future.
