On September 9, 2019, the signing ceremony of the financing agreement between KB Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (KBSV) and Kookmin Bank Tokyo (Japan) officially took place in Tokyo - Japan. At the ceremony, two sides agreed the cooperation based on capital support to promote investment and business development opportunities.
Accordingly, KBSV and Kookmin Bank Tokyo signed a financing agreement with total value up to USD 50 million in order to add capital for business activities, especially S&T division activities and margin packages at KBSV. Thanks to the successful capital mobilization from the Parent Group and foreign companies, KBSV has been affirming its position as well as its strength in developing Vietnam's securities market.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan – KBSV’s CEO shared: “KBSV believes that this cooperation agreement will be a solid foundation to bring benefits to both sides. In particular, the signing with Kookmin Bank Tokyo is KBSV's strategy in promoting the development of Vietnam's securities market”
Through this bilateral agreement, KBSV shows its efforts in bringing benefits to investors and making commitment of contributing to the development of the securities market since KB Financial Group (KBFG) decided to invest in Vietnam. Beside this agreement with Kookmin Bank Tokyo, KBSV will continue to have important cooperation with KB members as well as with major international financial institutions in coming time to bring large resources of capital and strong competition in the market.
In addition, KBSV is also completing the final steps to officially launch derivatives trading system this September, expecting to bring investors the best products with attractive promotions. With strong support of the network, customer resources as well as business experience from KBFG Parent Group and KB Securities Korea, KBSV always affirmed determination to conquer the market, towards the highest goal of fully meeting the needs and trust of domestic and foreign customers.
