KB Rainbow Library inauguration ceremony at Huu Nghi school (Hoa Binh City)

On October 19th, at the Huu Nghi Primary School (Hoa Binh City), the inauguration and handover ceremony of the KB Rainbow Library was occured successfully.

Attending the ceremony were leaders of Hoa Binh People's Committee, representatives of Department of Education and Training, Department of Foreign Affairs; Mr. Chun Byoung Cho - CEO of KB Securities (Korea); Mr. Park Chun Soo – Managing Director of Globar Business & Strategy Division of KB Securities, Chairman of KB Securities Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoan - CEO of KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) together with more than 30 representatives from KB Securities Korea and KB Securities Vietnam.




"KB Rainbow Library" is an activity of "KB Rainbow Library and Teaching equipment investment for Huu Nghi Primary School, Hoa Binh City." The project was organized by NGO WECA Korea and sponsor KB Korea Securities Vietnam. The total donation of the project is 1 billion VND
.
The project provides equipment including: library equipment, teaching equipment to ensure standards, support library activities and teaching for Huu Nghi School. Especially, the project has provided 14,000 books, comics, reference books for teachers and primary students, professional books for teachers. After nearly 2 months of construction, the project has been completed and put into use.

Prior to that, from October 17th, more than 30 representatives from KB Securities Korea and KB Vietnam Securities together with the teachers and students of Huu Nghi School participated in activities such as wall paintings, face painting, balloon art, cultural experience,…
 


 
At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province rewarded KB Securities Vietnam and WECA Korea for their contributions in sponsoring, building the library school and promoting local education in Hoa Binh City.
