• Transfer from KBSV to external bank:

13,200 VND/ transaction with < 500 mil. VND value.

0.044% Value Remittance + VAT with transaction have value from 500 mil VND and above, The maximum fee : 1,100,000 VND.

Note: With the money transfer have fee 5,500 VND, KBSV only charges fees to offset the message fee, and the interbank funds transfer fee will be pay for MSB bank. KBSV only provides maximum utility for customers when transfer money, KBSV has no benefit from these fee revenues.

• Connect with major banks in Vietnam: VCB, BIDV, MSB;

• Money transfer from MSB and BIDV to KBSV and vice versa is very fast. It takes 1-3 seconds with MSB and 5 minutes with BIDV.

• External transfers from KBSV available 24/7.

• Step 1: Customers go to KBSV’s Offices/ Branches

• Step 2: Fill in information on KBSV Withdrawal Form (Update form)

• Step 3: Present your ID card

• Step 4: Operation staff will examine and compare customers information and withdrawal amount;

• Step 5: Completing customer’s payment forms and guiding customers to the bank.

Note

• For customers with withdrawal value over 500 millions, please notify KBSV’s operation staff that they can confirm with the bank’s treasury the money amount and withdrawal time.

• Time for withdraw/ transfer money at KBSV’s counters: the trading hours from 8:30 to 16:00.

• Step 1: Customers call to KBSV call center: (+84) 24 7303 5333

• Step 2: Customers confirm account’s information: Account number, Name of account holder and Password.

• Step 3: Operation Staff will check the information and execute Customers’ request

Note:

• Customers could use this service only when have already registered trading service via phone at KBSV.

• Customers could only transfer to accounts list which registered on system.

• Time for withdraw/ transfer through KB-Call: the working time from 8:30 to 16:00.

• Transfer limit: No limit.

The number of account you can register for external remittance is unlimited
