On the morning of February 23, 2023, at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital, the Board of Directors and staff of KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KBSV) had a volunteer trip to support children with tough circumstances. KBSV has brought 17 financial support gifts and 100 hot meals to give to the patients with the desire to share a part of the burden of children and families.

With the greatest desire to give strength to the child warriors on their journey against disease, KBSV has provided financial support to 17 underprivileged children at the hospital. Also, within the program's framework, with support from The Board of Directors of the Children's Institute of the hospital, KBSV visited the Oncology Department. Here, the Company's Board of Directors and employees visited, encouraged, and gave 100 meals to the children and their families.

Directly participating in the volunteer trip at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital, Mr. Jeon Mun Cheol - Acting General Director of the company, shared: "Children are the country's future. We long for our children to grow up in love, health, and happiness. Nevertheless, it is sad that there are still children who are unlucky and do not have the opportunity to grow up healthy like everyone else. I believe that what we can do now is join hands to share and give equal opportunities to all those underprivileged children. Today's small donation to the Vietnam National Children's Hospital is just the beginning of our charitable journey. We will make more efforts and actions for a better life for the children and a bright future for Vietnam."

In a warm atmosphere filled with the spirit of caring and sharing, Doctor - Doctor Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, on behalf of the Social Work Department and the Hospital's Board of Directors, expressed profound gratitude to the KBSV team for their support and giving loving gifts to the children, contributing to alleviating the pain and illness of the children and their families.

From Bac Ninh to Hanoi for treatment, the mother and son - MC, were also highly touched and could not hide the happy smiles on their lips when they felt the love that was always present around them. Given that her mother has bad vision and cannot see clearly, MC's condition is exceedingly problematic. MC- an 18-month-old baby who is struggling every day due to a congenital cardiac disease and pneumonia, is diagnosed with both conditions.. The life with already meager income of MC's parents now had to give up everything to accompany the son to fight the disease, making the family almost deadlocked. Regardless, in the conversation, her mother still optimistically reminded the children being treated at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital as well as those in difficult circumstances, to be strong, happy, and optimistic to stay strong with their parents to repel the diseases. Let's fight fiercely; those with good hearts will support us; all difficulties will end, and peace will reign.

The representative of the hospital presented a thank you letter to Mr. Jeon Mun Cheol - Acting CEO of KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Present at the activity, Ms. T, the patient's mother, said, "My son had to be hospitalized for treatment because he was diagnosed with blood cancer and had to determine long-term treatment. My family's predicament wasn't enough up to the meal, when I learned a diagnosis that nearly made me despaired. Today, participating in this program and receiving this support, I feel that I am still very fortunate and receiving assistance so I won't give up.”

I would like to thank the generous donors. It feels warm to be shared some of the responsibilities with parents like us.
