On the morning of February 26, 2025, at the headquarters in Hanoi, KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KBSV) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025, where Mr. Park Chunsoo (South Korean nationality) was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors for the 2024 - 2025 term.

On February 20th, during the 2024 Annual Review Conference and the 2025 Activity Plan Implementation of the Vietnam Securities Business Association (VASB), KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) was proudly recognized as one of the Top 7 leading companies in ESG practices in the securities sector under the "ESG Practice Scoring for the 2023 Period" (ESG Score) project.

On February 13th, KB Securities (KBS), in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross and the Vietnamese Red Cross, closely worked together to implement the "Rainbow 2025" program with a total funding value of 150,000,000 won (equivalent to 2.5 billion VND).

On November 30th, KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) was honored to be the main sponsor of the event: "Career Journey and Employment Connection Festival" organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (VNU). The event attracted nearly 8,000 students and featured 60 booths from 44 corporations and businesses both domestic and international.

KB Securities Vietnam has actively participated in the NEU Internship Day 2024 on August 18th. The event, hosted by the National Economics University, provided an invaluable platform for over 1,000 students to explore career opportunities and gain practical insights.
