Approve the 2022 audited financial statements, profit distribution for the fiscal year 2022, and business plan for the year 2023;

Remuneration for the BOD and the BOS for the year 2023;

Appointing audit company for the financial year 2023;

Submission for authorizing the BOD to decide on some contents under the jurisdiction of the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) between the two annual GMS;

Election of members of the BOD for the term 2023-2024;

Election of members of the BOS for the term 2023-2024;
