KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KBSV) would like to disclose information about the Decision No. 06/2023/QĐ-HĐQT dated 17/01/2023 of KBSV's BOD about Approving the content and documents to collect shareholders' opinions in writing. Details as followed:
- Approval of the contents that need to be consulted by shareholders:

Change the address of the KBSV's Head Office;

Amendment of the Charter on the address of Company's head office;

Approving the resignation of Ms. Hoang Ngoc Anh as a member of the Supervisory Board;

Electing the additional members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2022 - 2023;

The General Meeting of Shareholders authorizes the BOD to carry out necessary procedures in accordance with provisions of the Law and the Charter related to the change of Head Office’s address.
- Approving the documents to collect written opinions of shareholders as the documents attached to this Decision.
