KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company announced that it had received the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Mai Huong, Ms. Du Thi Linh Chi and Mr. Jo Jong Bum from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board. Ms. Nguyen Mai Huong, Ms. Du Thi Linh Chi and Mr. Jo JongBum ceased to be members of the Supervisory Board from April 22, 2022.
Pursuant to the Resolution of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 26/2022/NQ-ĐHĐCD dated April 22, 2022, the following individuals have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2022 - 2023 from April 22/ 2022:
