On 20/12/2018, the Board of Directors of KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company has approved and issued the Charter of the Company after receiving the amended license of the State Securities Commission on the change of charter capital. The main content of this charter:
- Amendment of Clause 1, Article 10 on charter capital;
- Added English version.
